The crew that came to clean our duct work was very courteous, thorough and cleaned up very well after they were done. Pricing was reasonable and they kept us updated on every step throughout the process. Will certainly keep them in the “Rolodex” when we need them again!

My grandmother had her kitchen ripped out in April. They removed all flooring and half cabinets and stopped and has been left like that. She is 73 years old and having to clean dishes in her bathroom sink. No communication from them AT ALL. apparently the person who was working on the "project" left the company or something. The person who took over never contacted her to let them know someone else was doing the project. Every time they called the office NOBODY ever returned theirs call AT ALL. There has been no communication and has been an awful experience all around. Even the people at the office don't relay messages either. I am trying to understand how any company can leave an elderly person for 6 months with no kitchen totally unacceptable.

When a tornado deposited a huge tree in the middle of my stepmother's house this past May, we were shocked and astounded at the damage. A second story room sort of ended up wedged into the room below and a big part of another room was simply sheared off. As you can imagine, there was water damage as well. It has taken a village to get the house back to normal, but the Servpro/CRS team--"Team Randolph"--led the project with grace and expertise. Nikki, Charles, Nick, and Eddie were terrific. They always showed genuine caring about getting things the way my stepmother wanted. And Nikki remembered so many details, even months after the project began. Lorin and Ed from CRS were superb. They were never more than a text message away and spent a lot of time with us, always caring and concerned, and willing to address every detail. In the end, the level of damage--some of which we didn't even suspect at first--meant the whole house had to be emptied, floors ripped up, stairway replaced--it was monumental. But the team was always friendly, caring and had--thank the gods--a sense of humor. Thank you, Team Randolph, for everything!
